Thanks for posting this video. As a Yazdi, I can tell, in a couple of years, these old parts of the city will diminish and take their place to apartments or usual houses. It's sad, but maybe true.
I have had my most relaxing moments in Yazd and Shiraz. can't wait to visit these 2 cities again. Yaz had a especial atmosphere though...it looked more original
Yazd is so lovely and ancient. You should've knocked on someone's door, they'd invite you in for tea. It is a very interesting town with its wind-catchers.
the city where i was born. I visited it again 2 years ago after not having been back for 27 yaers. What a beautiful ciy. A lot of people say Isfahan is their favorite but not me, I loved the old part of Yazd. It's like visiting Ancient Rome to me.

Yazd is very nice so is Azerbaijan citys north west iran. I have not been to either but ive seen photos.
