The taxi driver almost DID IT AGAIN! He was about to get out of the car with it in reverse.

The taxi was VERY poorly driven. He comes in at some very strange angle and cuts into the lane. Whilst I have no problem with cutting in the guy didn't do a good job of it, very clearly showing his lack of control. The guy was wrong for J-walking but lets be honest he wasn't run over so he should just calm down and get on with his life. Taxi shows complete lack of knowledge of cars when he gets out with the car in drive.
