@thebowlzack It's no rumor. They have already made action toward banning The Pirate Bay and various other torrenting sites or making them censor everything that has to do with pirating music/movies. If this bill passes it could potentially take away everything people love the internet for. I'm not sure about the whole video thing being true but the government is definitely trying toward the music/movies.

@xKapownd I disagree with you looking at the stats the PAP the RPK does have a much faster fire rate at 750 rpm and the HK21 only a 535 rpm but the hk21 max damage is 210 with the rpk being 180 now it is true that the rpk with kill much faster but the HK21 comes with 900 rounds PAP and the rpk only comes with 625 and has a faster fire rate so you will run out of ammo fast and you can fix the hk21 promblem with fire rate with double tap also the HK21 has a faster relaod over a second faster and

When hoarding/rape training(whatever you want to call it) if you have something like a thundergun, mustang and sally, or the baby punter the Hk would actually be better because it has more ammo and bullets do more damage thus you can do more damage overall with it.
