Video about dust mites. I vaccum my mattress & pillows and nuke them with steam. I have hardwood throughout the house cause they like carpeting. I'm allergic to their feces. Sometimes during cold temp's I'll put my pillow and mattress outside for a few hours weather permitting. Bed bugs different story, pretty scary stuff. Sleep tight don't let the bed bugs bite.

Fiona is correct. Bed bugs are different from bed mites. I just returned from Europe and I had a bad case of bed bug bites all over my body. Little blood suckers they are. Stupid Docs here know of them but there was no protocol on how to treat me. Antihistimines for the itching.

You're thinking of dust mites. Bed bugs are larger and they actually suck human blood, leaving little scabs in a row. You get them from staying at a hotel and then coming back and using the same pajamas at home. Add that to your anxiety closet.
