Rogue has always been the "come back queen" when it comes right down to it. The character has always taken a beating early on, but would get her second wind and then beat the daylights out of whoever came at her and win the day.
Rogue lost to PG in their first ever fight last year (April 19, 2008) when I was still using the linux version of PCSX2. It wasn't a very good fight, but PG won nonetheless.

Oh, yeah, I had forgotten there were 2 topless matches between them (I only remembered one). In fact, the first topless wrestling match and the first topless boxing match I ever posted were both Rogue vs Power Girl.
At some point I'm gonna have to start writing these things down... :)

Rogue has defeated Power-girl in 1 topless boxing, 1 topless wrestling and 1 normal boxing.
Power-girl has only defeated Rogue 1 time in wrestling.
Rogue has been defeated twice by the team of Power-girl and Super-girl in the two elimination matches, but Super-girl is the one that made the pins.
