The only time under-age boob surgery would be acceptable tho is if you underwent a mastectomy (at such a young age, which would totally suck). The only time under-age boob surgery would be acceptable tho is if you underwent a mastectomy (at such a young age, which would totally suck). For those who don't know what that is, it's surgery to remove the breasts, lymph nodes, and usually skeletal muscles underneath the chest, usually done in breast cancer patients.
