you know what, i think by choosing the brothers strauss (sp?), the studio was lazy and just counting upon the number of fans from both original films (Aliens and then predators) to make their $ off of...without even making much of an effort with the AVP 2 film. They figured they'd make an easy $60-70 million alone while spending as little as possible on making a quality film. It's only about $ with them.

@FilmMasterAdam Overall a good review, but I can't believe you didn't bring up the predaliens method of reproduction. It's not even the result of it being a hybrid, but it being a young queen! The worst part of it was that the predalien seeks out pregnant women because the unborn babies provide food for the alien chestbursters! Some sick fucker actually dreamt that up!
