Actually I threw a defective turret onto the production line, fucking it over. Eventually, it eventually was scanning 5 turrets at the same time, launching thEm. Achievement.

I did this achievement in the chamber w/ the hard light bridge blocking the turrets (maybe "Turret Blocker" or something like that). Same achievement, no dying, in case that helps anyone.

Me and my friend did this on a co-op level haha it took us forever to get the turret to the pad thing but it's worth it :)

I found a better way, pick up the turrent, don't let go, but jump on the faith plate to make sure you live, get to the platform with the gate, hit a portal at where you started where the faith plate is on the ground safely, hit a portal on the wall behind you, portal over there and put the turret on the faith plate to get the achivement, then just portal on the ramps and get back over there.

There's a much easier way to get this in a different chamber. The one with the light bridge blocking the 4 turrets as soon as you enter. Go through it normally, pick up one of the turrets guarding the cube and knock over the other 3 then take it over to the faith plate and drop it.

Easier Way: If you're lucky, the turret can bounce over to the wall gehind the button. Take it, portal back to the beginning, and bounce away

@valentinevincent9999 Not the way it was set up, no. Somehow they let all the garbage end up on a little dark colored platform by the button. Unless it's possible to jump onto that faith plate from there, there was no way to get back off the button area alive, and so no way to get back to the beginning. Had they not let all the trash end up on the button it would have been easier.

OR, like me, you could disable a turret in that room with the condensed light and four turrets permenantly stuck behind it and put the disabled one on one of the two faith plates. The fact that it's not operational doesn't change anything. Just in case you don't fell like dying,

@migselv16896, that's ignorant; Portal is a great game series with fun puzzles, incredibly intelligent, witty, and hilarious writing and level design, and has a great story. Left 4 Dead has.. Zombies. And guns. That's about it, if you ignore the shallow and bland characters, and literally no continuous story. Don't get me wrong, I like Left 4 Dead a lot, it's really fun, but I prefer it when Valve does something smart like Portal

Hey, I want Half-Life 3 or Half-Life 2: Episode 3, but you shouldn't really be complaining. If they wanted to continue the "story" of L4D, they should just do some DLC. @MrDarkest14 The game does a really great job easing players into the game so even if your new it will kind of baby walk you into it. you start off with a single portal gun and once you do a few "puzzles" if moves you to a dual. All that being said PICK THIS GAME UP. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU WAITING FOR. :)

You shoot a blue portal. You shoot an orange portal. You enter the blue one, you exit the orange one. You enter the orange one, you exit the blue one. Pretty simple. No matter where you shoot a portal, you will exit the opposite color of the one you entered.

He could've jumped on the plate with the turret, teleport to the beginning of the test, and place the turret on the first faith plate? That's what i did. You can also find a radio frequency in that level. The video helped me get two trophies though :D.
