biggest thing i see is that your bottom arm collapses and your hips get sucked under the pole. I'd recommend narrowing your grip a bit (mine's about 22 inches) and think about planting with your bottom arm nearly straight. You don't want to block your chest from moving through, but you want to applying upward pressure, creating a higher bend in the pole. Also, don't lean back at take off, achieve a slight forwards lean by quick steps at the end of your run (last 6 strides). -6P
@joebro391 Alright thanks... I'll keep that in mind. I really have to think about keeping my left arm straight to do it. If it isn't like the only thing I'm thinking about then it just collapses on me because this is a wicked stiff pole
