It is a Sony HC42 with an Ocean Images housing. It is a nice inexpensive setup that has been great so far.

If you do your research you'll find the Caribbean spiny lobster is not endangered, neither is the slipper lobster. The recreational limit is 2/person/day. I enjoy catching and eating them, the killing part is just part of the whole process.
