well, i played vice city for a year and when gta sa came i bought it right away, but I wasen't really motivated so after 2 hours I put it away, and now 3 years later I play it again (2 weeks for headquests, 70% progress, 25hours gameplay) and I love it! GTA SA is the best from all GTA games. Maybe mod it with GTA 4 graphics and it's perfect :P

You can spawn one using cheats. You can do a MEGA-JUMP while using cheats. You can use the flying cars cheat. But otherwise, it seems impossible.

go to the airport that's on the island on which you started, get in a plane (first off, all planes have a parchute, you just have to jump out while they are still in the air). Fly the plane to the tallest building. fly right over it. then jump out. look around, there should be achute there somewhere. that's where all the stunts in this vid where. also, theres an entrance by the streets if you look hard enough. you can even get motorcycles into the building. Have fun!

actualy yes and here is the thing. if ur riding a moterbike drive it at the yellow arrow at the bottem of the building. if done correctly u will be at the top with the moter bike. the other stuff like large vehecles are cheat codes.
