WoW must put special class-profession like this and better weapons classification, for example, Hammer is a Hammer, perhaps a mace-type weapon, but not a mace... I don't say maces are not cool, they're are... but I had a Kobold Minery Spade like a 2h-mace...The Spade isn't bad but the 2h-mace classification isn't so right... Then, Hammer, Axes and Maces are cool and cool convinations but a hammer is cool as hammer...cool classes in WHO, ideas for another games too!

for the full version they have to downgrade it to run on low pcs

all of my friends who bought this game thinking it would be better than wow switched back within pretty much 2 weeks because it sucked so much. the interface just looks like WoW, the graphics suck to shit, and it lags constantly

No, WoW is a parody of WAR. Warhammer existed long before world of warcraft

Even though I play WAR myself and loathe WoW, I have to say this: WoW is not a WAR copy. The Warcraft lore is ripped from the Warhammer lore, but these MMO's are a whole different subject. WAR ripped things from WoW, but adapted them differently to the gameplay. It's funny how people, when they find minor unities from the games, call Warhammer a WoW-copy/parody. I guess people think Blizzard built the Almighty WoW from scratch. Those people should consider thinking again.

eh wars sort of the same way. you have a massive amount of exp to gain before you level. but theres 2 ways you can zip through it. RvR and Quest. Pq's are also very neat you get special rewards and you get Exp while doing it.

it will run as smoothly as can be, i promise you that. I played open beta myself with all spec on highest mode. My system has a quadcore with 8800gtx and i also had alot of trouble with age of conan. But with warhammer you will have lotsa fun without lag whatsoever! I gonna switch to warhammer for sure

Wow, lots of AoC flamers around here.. And I still play it.

Just want to say it is a great game and the reason "failcom" didn't fix all the bugs before release was because they didnt have the money for it. Funcom doesnt have a sponsor like EA, and still it is much more of a change from WoW compared to WAR (Even the fanboys have to admit that).

Anyhoo, looks like a great game. Hope you guys enjoy it!

AoC had great potential but funcom failed to fix up the important bugs and balance issues before things like new dance animations. Mystic has a great team that doesnt stop gathering feedback to improve on and start the patching. the 3.3 patch that made the combat alot smoother is a great example.

i agree with u, everyone copies everyone, wow and war are not original but they do add some new ideas aswell, but i voting war to do that better now games dont last forever they die out and new ones are replaced thats how it works.

Gotta love how everyone talks about who copied off who, even when it comes down to the base content of a game like races and archetypes. All this stuff goes back to writers such as Tolkien, and HIS ideas are adapted from the ideas of others, who got those ideas from myths and legends that various civilizations have been telling around campfires since time began. Nope, it all began with WoW and Warhammer...good call.

sadly i own WOW and AoC and ive pre ordered warhamms ....and my personaly opinion is wow and warhammer are so much more user friendly and much more interactive and fun and the visuals are much easier on the eyes ....AoC is so boring ...from the quests to the armour types to everything realy ...no orcs or trolls running around or deamons ..just hasnt got the same feeling

War and WOW are not the same. the class system is different, talent is to, the tank/healer/dps setup is new. example: high elf swordmasters will be MAGIC tanks. just a thing like that. i checked AoC and it looked like crap. lame characters and classes. i aint playing a fantasy game to find something that look like our history. anyway thats MY opinion. Everyone should make their own. Check out both AoC and War and decide :)
