My dad had a 1991 BMW 325 E30. The exhaust sounded similar to that, but he had to get omebody to replace it because it suddenly got a hole in it. the new exhaust had the straight tips at the end of the pipes.

The prev owner didn't really no much about cars so it's no high end exaust... You could probably get an exaust that sounds as good if not better frm bav auto that's not to pricy

I have a 1987 325is with the exact same exaust... Mine sounds exactly like this 1 and it has nothing done to it... It's bone stock except for the exaust which came with it when I bought it from the prev owner.

Yeah cos its a 3 series, hence the 3 and its a 2.5 so it has 25 so a 2.5 3 series is a 325...a 4 litre 5 series is a 540, and so on. There are one or 2 exceptions to the rule such as the 323 which is a 2.5 and the 318 which is a 1.9 but thats the easiest way to think of it
