  • what is that bridge? I have a 65 roy smeck model and want to replace the saddle half of the bridge but am not sure which one has the right spacing

  • @hendrix050 - it is some early 70s Japanese roller bridge with adjustable spacing.

  • @guitarded71 - cool thanks

  • Are you twiddling the knobs on your space echo with your toes?

  • @TheSpottytoad - no, you can make it self-oscillate with one of the two footswitches. Just giving it a touch and then releasing it makes it speed up & slow down before the oscillation fully kicks in.

  • @guitarded71 Aaah..... That'll be using your toes then.

  • @TheSpottytoad - indeed...just not agile enough to actually twiddle knobs. Now this is where a prehensile tail comes in handy.

  • That's some great pickin! The space echo sounds pretty wild but somehow fits with that style.

  • Nice!

  • new favorite!

  • @Wooodstock69 - it would be a great guitar if it wasn't for the fact that the neck is too damn narrow! I have yet to see how it handles fuzz at stage volume, might be a real beast to control.

  • @guitarded71 The neck isn't to narrow!

  • @cretsina - uh...considering that's MY hand around the neck, I'd say it is NARROW. Like HALF the width of a Harmony H-62 neck. I guess it feels "not too narrow" if you have little girl hands!

  • Such a creamy sound & playing ...

    Enjoy & take care !
