  • Adorably funny!!

  • Why did they let the actor in the first speech wear a hat that completely obscured the fab four? Other than that this is indescribably delicious and the lads did a fantastic job with this play with a play of the brilliant Midsummers Night Dream! I love that John makes his voice deeper to play the girl! George's doggy woggy! Ringo's little awrrr roar! Paul's constant hamming! So fine.

  • Haha Ringo @ 3:13

  • lol George : my doggie woggie lol love it

  • 4:36

  • AHHHHHHHAHAH!!! I FRICKIN' LOOOOVE GEORGE!! XD

3:40 - 4:15 IS WHEN I PEED IN MY PANTS!!! XD

  • john is sooooo funny

  • I think I am in love :D

  • omg omg omg how did the audience survive this! heart attack!

  • 3:30 george looks mad at ringo

  • i am going to die laughing from this

  • This is the funniest, most amazing, and brilliante piece of theatre I have and will ever of seen!

  • that was beautiful!<3

  • Lol, I love 6:21 when Paul raises his eyebrows and smiles when John talks about his eyes, and I like when John says shut up. Ha, Paul was like "cya George". Those girls were playfully sad when he Paul stabbed himself.

  • great!!

  • does anyone know what john is saying at 2:15 through 2:18? i would like an answer, so if any one knows, pleeeeaaase reply! thanks! :)

  • @huntergruntetr123 He says "O wall, full often hast thou heard my moans" lol, it's a line from the play. But it's like a milion times funnier when John Lennon says it!

  • Where is my love?

    RAWR!~

    AI!~

    Gotta Love the Beatles :D

  • See the color version on my youtube page! user QueenBeatlesWIngs

  • The Beatles were the funniest people I've ever heard and seen- nobpdy is as multitalented as htem- thye make something dull like shaespeare good even- they shouldve done more shaespeare movies

  • lol john a women omg thats funny

  • This was the funniest thing I've ever seen. I can't explain it any better. I could only barely understand them, but that's the fun of shakespeare isn't it? After a while you get the general idea of what they're saying, it's so funny.

  • i can't stop laughing

  • John is such a beautiful lady

  • i was like wtf is a waw?

    waw?

    oh! WALL. wow.

  • Hahaha This Is Funny :3

  • "Moon, take thy flight. See ya, George." XD

  • God, Those boys at 3:57 were SO annoying.

They're just jealous that their girlfriends love the beatles more than them.

    I love ringo's "roar" xD

    I love them all :D

  • georgie is the only one i could understand....

leave to the beatles' lovely british accents to make shakespeare so much harder to comprend...

george seems so serious it's adorable...

but the audience really was terrible...

if i was there i'd be too astonished to speak, or move... or breathe... lol.

  • Paul was meant to be famous he would have become famous no matter what. They're all so cute

  • I agree those hecklers were annoying, but believe it or not they're part of the skit itself. A Midsummer's Night Dream involves bad actors getting heckled, so those obnoxious guys were actually supposed to be there! You're right though, George still looks pissed, hahaha (:

  • Rawr..

  • Paul was fantastic here. Really natural.

The guy was just made for stardom, whichever road he chose!

  • "this doggie woggie is my doggie woggie"

    hahahah! i love them.

  • I watched this on T.V. and learned every line by heart - they even did that for us here in the United States- they made us recite Shakespeare and learn it by heart- what a positive effect they had on us!

  • I'm playing Snug (The lion) in A Midsummer's Night Dream for my school. I have to get on all fours like im taking it up the ass. not cool. My lines are almost identicle to this also. Except for the last part.

  • i'm pretty sure that this is a mock out of the play within the play "A Midsummer's Night Dream"

  • prolly the best seven minutes of my life ^.^ ty for posting

  • They probably hated doing stuff like this.

  • can someone give me a summary?

  • Comment removed

  • fuck you don't talk like that about them!

  • don't fuckin mess with them because they were awesome

  • Fullfrontal, its a take off on a play. You are the one that's gay. This was so funny then and it still is.

  • Celebtrvl, fuck me it was a joke. If I was going to get so many angry reactions for a little joke about John and Paul being gay which is a long standing tongue in cheek conspiracy theory isn't it, then I never would have bothered posting in the first place. And I know its a take on 'A Mid Summer Night's Dream', I went to school, that really has no relevance to the comment I made.

  • NOW AM I DEAD ! hahahaahahha 5:28

  • its supposed to be acted badly, its a play within the play MSND.

    most interesting.

  • Haha. All the books about the Beatles mention this skit but this is the first time I've seen it. By the way, isn't that Long John Baldry heckling?

  • lmao. this is so cute and hilarious. paul can't act for shit. XD

  • i cant believe they said go back to liverpool and then the girls say yea

  • That was hard to watch.

  • Why don't modern bands do this?

I want to see Muse do a movie with a ridiculous adventure, or perform Shakespeare...

  • amazing!

combines some of my favorite things in this life

so far, i know it was george who was the man in the moon

ringo, my personal favorite, as the lion

    paul was pyramus,

    and john was Thisbe

but who was Wall and Peter Quince (man who introduced them)?

  • LOL!!

    Oh, my god that's hilarious...

They're soooo cute! John in a dress - xD.

    Paul as Pyramus.

    Ringo's interesting rendition of Lion.

And the Man in the Moon.

  • I think the audience is supposed to heckle the players.

  • 3:37 the smile.

    Priceless.

  • They are so gosh darn cute here! They all look so adorable!! =]

Paul especially, such a cutie pie here.

  • This is some good Shakespeare.

  • George is so cute!

  • I teach Advanced Placement Latin and we are doing the story of Pyramus and Thisbe right now, and I was looking for an appropriate and fun video. This is like the motherload. Paul as Pyramus and John as Thisbe. Simply awesome.

  • @ 3:57 I thought George said "F@#$ you", but he says "Look You". My mind has been poisoned with the rubbish on the boob-tube these days.

  • I hope he said fuck you. I wish they beat the shit out of em lozers. :) Go beatles!

  • sounds like he sound "look you!" but i dont know lol

  • it is! lol every time i watch it i bust out laughing. and i love when he says "now i wouldnt be making all the money i am today now would i?" :D and then his adorable smile lol

  • I died laughing when Ringo went "rawr". That was the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life. :) And the part about the money and stuff was so funny and cute!!

  • I died laughing when Ringo went "rawr". That was the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life. :)

  • What a set of cuties!! But Ringo with his thighs and his rawr... and that comment of the money wins the show!

  • this is a play within a play. 'the mechanicals' in Shakespeares MidsummerNights Dream. in the original the nobels they perform for interupted them to comment on their poor acting. and the acters, who really couldn't act, reply to them, making excuses and retorts. the interuptions are planned

  • i am.. in love.. with this <3
