I believe ABC's first color broadcast of a PBA event was the 1966 Firestone Tournament Of Champions. Every PBA event in 1967 onward aired in color.

Even many shows from the 1960's (and early 1970's) originally aired live in color exist today only as black-and-white kinescope recordings.
