Golfbud...I agree with you. Sh'e a congenital amputee. Her bone does not extend all the way to the end of her stump. That's why it jiggles...no supoort. And there appears to be no surgical scar either. It's not paralyzed. The end is just a collection of flesh & muscle. Notice she does use her stump to hold the microphone. Ever notice above-elbow amputees with a rather long stump unconsciously move their stump when they speak? It happens all the time.
@Chachaman111 Do you know what she is saying? Was it still an amputation performed in a hospital? Not disputing you, but how do you know it was drugs? Did the drugs cause circulation problems in her arm resulting in gangrene? The end of her stump seems to flop around a lot more than someone whose arm was amputated because of trauma.
So is her right arm paralyzed in some way? It seems to jiggle like the upper bone doesn't extend the full length of her stump. I notice she puts the mic under her stump but the rest of the time it's like she doesn't have full control of it.
I would suppose her ampuations are congenital, but is your right arm paralyzed? Also, there seems to be quite a bit of skin the bottom of the stump. Did the bone not grow to the end of your arm?
She did heroin with horse anesthesia. She developed a bacteria and had her arm amputated then 2 years later her leg.

It''s just a normal, unintentional flexing of the muscles.

She is not a congenital amputee, she lost her arm and leg as a result of drugs abuse.
