this game is not as slow on my pc. it runs JUST as fast as it would on my ps2. the ONLY thing i hate about the pc version, is the damn controls for it... i mean even the gamepad has some fuckin problems with this. ubisoft; thanks a fuckin bunch >.>

The problem is that it is a nature that keyboard is not suitable for action game play, as the layout of the keys makes it hard to maximise the use of fingers. I also played this game on my PC and it is so damn tricky to react, since I often pressed the wrong key instead.

Well, that's a complete and utter disappointment. Why couldn't they have given us better textures, resolutions, sound effects, and reconfigurable controls? (I would definitely like to be able to use all five fingers when playing this game; using two fingers to fire Ebony and Ivory with 2 different keys would be much easier for me).

I read a review that says that DMC3 has pre-rendered backgrounds. Is it really so? I mean, I see that the camera moves around to follow the action, but are the backgrounds made out of actual polygonal objects like the characters, or are they just Quicktime VR views?

I believe they aren't pre-rendered. What made them think it was pre-rendered? Pre-rendered really just looks Final Fantasy 7/8/9-ish. Besides, the ground "lights up" when you shoot. :)

I played it. Model Detail is good, texture detail is PS2. Graphics are bleak, although it has a cheap bloom and blob shadows. Bad Optimization. Good and Easy Keyboard Controls. Love it.

it's cuz u need to do sute down and if it's don't works so it's cuz ur computer can't play it so long Tip: you can sute off things like Emule or Internet so the computer can be more free and can take longer time to play it i hope it's help Bye ^_^Y

the game needs only shader 2.0, 1GHz CPU and 512mem, your pc should play this game fine, heck the ps2 isn't exactly a fast machine now is it xD hehe

what spec you have??, i got a 8600gt xxx, an pentium d and 2gb of ddr2 667 and i dont have thos fps problems, any way i dont like the game to much, you pass the 3/4 of the game seeing the front of the character ignoring whats around you so camera system sucks and sucks hard, but at the end its a cool game (and harder as hell)....

No, the PC have better Graphics, a little bit better. He Recorded the game whit Fraps, and then the FPS drops a lot. Whit High Resolution and Details you can see a better quality than PS2.

ohh the reason for that is u need pixel shader on ur graphics card nothing i can help u with that, apart frm getting a new graphics card.
