@daboi334 Hi I believe you downloaded the ZIP version which is now discontinued. Please use the .FLP files. Or you can click on the beat inside of the Playlist, click on the top left icon of the beat (a little wave icon) - a menu will popup for that Beat Audio Clip then click on Select Region then click FULL. Let me know how that works out.

MICVOX is compatible with FL Studio 8 and was developed in FL Studio 8 so you should be able to get it going without any issues.

Hi videokid1285, you may need to change your Recording Mode to your MIC. You may have it selected to record your soundcard output and its creating a loopback - in your case the hard sound.

Hi LilWaaynee, that is an odd one. There are instances when FL Studio does not playback your recording as well as the other sounds/beat. Switch back to your standard soundcard and give it a listen. Also, try to open FL with your standard soundcard then select ASIO, then see if that works.

Hi getyahaircut, thank you for the comment. You wont be able to record directly to Reason - however you can import the recorded wav files you've recorded in FL Studio using the MICVOX recording template into Reason by loading it from one of their rack instruments.

Yes, everything functions as it should, but my audio output, my speakers, are still connected to the primary sound driver, and when I go to select the OUT on the mixer, there is nothing there. Hi guitarjeff92, you checked it OFF? or ON? If you checked it ON as in there was a check in the checkbox, then follow the instructions in the video. Just make sure you go to your Audio settings within Fl Studio by pressing the F10 key then select ASIO4ALL in the Input/Output.

Hi YungMoney1600, have you tried recording into the Playlist? I find recording vocals into the Playlist is easiest on top of a beat. Make sure Edison is not muted to ensure that it does playback. Let me know how it goes.

How's it going?

Try relaunching FL8 with your ASIO4ALL driver selected in the Audio Settings. Then test that normal playback of samples and sounds can be heard - with ASIO4ALL selected. Let me know how it goes.

Hi ChiTownBullsFan, FL Studio 8 out of the box has some great Reverb effects that would require you to tweak it to your liking. What I would recommend is recording some vocals, add some reverb, tweak the way you like it then reference the recordings in a studio as well as other places you can play the song such as on tiny speakers, home stereos, MP3 players, etc. This is so you can get an idea of how your overall mix is coming along. Also try and hook up with a helpful engineer.
