I prefer puppy linux is nicer in my opinion it loads into ram and looks a bit better and it functions equally good. I use a small cd (128megs) for this fits right into my pocket. Only I can't save a thing cause I lost my usb stick (Both of them actually
I love how I can easily boot Damn Small Linux from my little USB drive and use it anywhere for things like hardware diagnostics or whenever I need Linux. Great stuff!
yeah but doesn't it take ages to boot on the usb drive? I have just started trying linux today (and even typed my first command of my life, yay!)- booting on the usb device takes at least 20 minutes !! not for you??

it's great, if you can figure out the VHD, and have access to the Command Prompt on the host computer.
