  • @Thevide0123 not masturbating or sex will affect muscle gain, but ejaculation will affect your muscle gains. you see testosterone is producd in your nuts, when you bust a nut, your body has to make more sperm, which is compensated for by delaying testosterone production. you can have sex just use tantric techniques to to withhold your ejaculate, this will keep you primed to build muscle in the gym.  your welcome.
