You look great. Way to go! Major changes evident! You're right about weight fluctuating. I go through the same thing. I finally got over my daily weight addiction and just started weighing once/week or every other week. I just like to keep check and make sure I'm still maintaining in the 130s at least a couple of times/month, and it keeps me happy!

hey becky, i have to agree with the other postings you look great girl ;-) I have to admit, I thought this band would be a little easier but, it is what it is and I guess we have to work hard if we want to succeed. luv'ed that dress. I had to laugh, I can see u have a little wild side to u like i do lol. we'll have to go out someday when we're both skinny and takin on the world.
