Ghostlands is Normal ( pve ) But if you enter a hostile capital city , then your pvp gets flagged

lol man there was no horde at those bonfires. When i went to ogrimmar there was like 40 standing at it and my group went in and i FD behind the fire and then grabbed the flame while everyone else was getting killed lol

Nope. You just go to each of the opposing factions major cities and loot the flag, like you would loot a chest. You will then get an item called "Flame of (city)" which starts a quest.

If you steal all flames you get a quest , "A thiefs reward" that gives you the crown , seen on the end
