These actually aren't new fixtures. Schindler has always had an 'alternative' set of fixtures (last 10 years or so) featuring Green illumination like that.
Yes, it's in a few of their catalogs. One such installation is Tierra Verde, or the residential complex in Fanling where the kid was decapitated and died when the Schindler elevator started moving upwards with the doors open a few years ago.

Door lock is so quiet. Where's the standard chime? Is the chime standard or one note highter?

It's one note higher.
It seems that Schindler elevators don't have rattling door locks. The 'dit-dit' sound is simply the working of the door mechanism.

Level 7 is locked. It's a private club that consists of two floors with the entrance at Level 6.
