You guys are morons, this was posted BEFORE the episode, he was just talking smack you know, it's a competition...but I'm watching the episode now - Smith looked super surprised at the mystery ingredient reveal like he'd never done anything major with them previous, and I'm not surprised that Flay knew exactly what to do since his forte is southwestern cuisine.

He means he felt they won even though the judges gave the win to Flay...and to be fair, just looking at the only thing that we as viewers could judge, which would be the presentation....he lost that category by a bunch and Bobby Flay definitely had a particularly bad presentation that show. So...i'm not saying it wasn't fair, but I am questioning their judgment.
