Spike Lee said that Mos Def could be one of the top actors in the world if he was more disciplined.

What I was saying is that pedophilia (unlike other sexual preferences such as homosexuality, bisexuality, and heterosexuality) is a genuine, honest-to-god, mental disorder. However, you are absolutely correct in saying that the actual molestation of a child is a choice, that only they themselves make. Bottom line: having the urges is an illness. Acting on the urges is completely their own choice.
