Rainbow Rosenbloom (a wonderful Waldorf teacher and founder of Live Education) once told me..... the parents are in charge of keeping their children clean and fed, then they turn them over to the teachers where all the magic unfolds. Nolan thankyou so much from sleepy Somerset England. On a cold grey day such as this you warmed my soul. I am just trying to build up the courage to pull my boys Rufus and Otis out of school and Waldorf homeschool them.
I rather think if they turn out half as inspiring as you I will have done a good job,
My sister just learned this and I heard her singing it the other day and all of a sudden the whole song came back to me from when I had learned it at Waldorf... So fantastic.
