Actually,there WAS a way to get the load off the driver !! The 'rescuers' should have dropped the trailer landing legs,unhooked the trailer and dragged the unit forwards. They would then have had a fighting chance of saving the driver. Unfortunately,it looked like all the H & S bullshit was more important than someones life ! You do what you have to,when you're trying save someones life !!
The HSE idiot says to secure straps to the chassis, and puts his hand on the chime... that isn't the chassis
