  • Awesome work, buddy!

  • Great job, ur body looks fab.....for some reason I was hoping ur jammies were gonna slide down @--@.

    imma animal.sorry.

  • Oh hey! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy lost a ton of fat.

  • good work

  • grats!

  • He is also flexed in the after. Look up furiouspete's before and after video. Which only took him a day, not two months.

  • wow people for this? It is a bulk and cut and it is standard in the weightlifting community. This raw stuff isn't a religion but people cling to anything. If anyone eats at a caloric deficit they lose weight. That's all he was doing. Not a miracle by any means.

  • Hello! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my m8 got ripped Six pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

  • Nice feet

  • the face dont change

  • Good job, very inspirational.

  • Not much difference ! Before picture no flash, after picture flash !

  • @maax82 most of it was prob water weight....he may have lost atiny bit of fat.

  • I want to spunk on your feet.

  • very inspiring, thanks man, keep up the good work:) I just started raw food this week and am loving it, lost 4 pounds already and more importantly feeling better physically than I have done in quite a while:)

  • What was your diet like? Thanks man.

  • wow...what a transformation...you look GREAT...keep it up.

  • hey man were you calory restricting?? or just eating high carb low fat diet and eating as much as you want??

  • You're hot!!

  • Great vid, you kick ass, thnx for taking the time to make this.........

  • When you started this diet did you get a lot of diarrhea after eating fruits? If so how long did it take you to have regular bowel movements?

  • Great, man !

  • It's kind of strange seeing all these vids these days when I'm finally not overweight any longer - my silver bullet is DietOramy dietary regime regime (search Google) - that thing honestly helped me to work magic on my body, health and my entire life.

  • Remarkable video playback... I've been applying DietOramy plan (came across it on the search engines) for quite a while now and the positive effects are actually terrific - I dropped 9% of my total excess excess fat through the initial period

  • 177lb at 6ft? isnt that a little too skinny??

  • @stankwho according to the BMI its actually the top end of normal. I don't put much stock in BMI because I think they miss a lot (like muscle for athletes as an example) Personally, I didn't start eating healthy to loose weight,it's just something that happened. I think weight should be the last thing on someones mind when they diet. Health should be first. We are all different, size and shape are not as important as health..even though Hollywood would tell you otherwise

    thanks for watching

  • @burundifiume building muscle is healthy and helps you burn fat. 195lb at 6ft isnt overweight if its dense muscle weight. if its mostly fat then yes its unhealthy

  • @stankwho It's not too skinny - we are such a fat society that we lost sight of what a healthy weight looks like. I think this guy looks so much better and healthier too.

  • @stankwho 177lbs at 6ft seems a little too heavy to me... im 6'3 and i weigh 155lb

  • @stankwho im 5'11 and weigh160 lbs

  • @stankwho does he look to skinny?

  • @stankwho no

  • @stankwho No, what physique would you rather have, the before or after?

  • What was your exercise programme like? How much cardio + weights a week, etc?

  • @delatroy 3 sets of 25 push ups, 3 sets of 25 back/stomach (crunches, situps...different everyday) and 3 sets of 10 or 15 curls with a dumbbell, thats it. I wanted to keep it short and simple so I could keep consistent.

    thanks for watching.

  • @burundifiume Interesting. I'm on 2/3 raw food meals (rice for dinner) everyday and 2 hours of Muay Thai per day.

  • @burundifiume That's it man? You look like you're in incredibly good shape for just doing three sets of simple exercises. Great job.

  • worst thing for me trying to eat as raw as possible is family saying you dont need to loose weight or your looking to thin, they say stupid things like 'you need to eat proper food' i say i am eating 'proper' food.just remember if your eating raw you are obviously a intelligent person who knows somthing they dont.

  • wow, good job, did you workout while on this raw food diet?

  • @bigboyburnsy Yes but very little. pushups, crunches and curls in the morning about 75 of each.

    thanks for watching

  • Good job buddy! man thats so motivational to see other people stick too it! KEEP IT UP BRO!!

  • Waou, you are a beautiful man...and I love your feet... :-)

  • No soy No Dairy! went from 277 in May to 215 in November still dropping weight easily as per same workouts and ingesting soy fillers no soy weight fell of did not have to work out as hard to boot..

  • I'm sure you get this a lot, but could you please share what your diet mostly consisted of? Also, did you excersise at all?

    thanks

  • what was your diet like before you went raw?

  • @smp156 Pescetarian for 5ish years before I went raw.

  • Hi, what I like the most is that your face looks so much brighter and happier after. Im gonna go on a raw detox soon, did you notice any health changes other than weight loss?

  • i don't see a huge difference. I thought you looked great on Day 1. But I am sure you feel a lot better. I'm starting a 10 day juice fast on Monday. Wish me luck!

  • @toddecks Good luck to start my comment :)

I think he changed quite a bit. He looked good on the first picture, but you could see his abs change alot. They were more "refined" after 60 days. Also he lost 18 pounds, but looked almost the same which probably means he turned fat into muscle.

  • Well done, a lot of patience and dedication. I thought you might be tempted to show a super ripped photo on day 60 (lol) but as is always the case, the truth is good enough.

    Thanks for sharing

  • Amazing .. Does anyone have good raw diet tip to share with me, please? Like, aren't one supposed to eat any sort of meat? Or what are the most important things to avoid?

  • @bebegim94872821 buy the china study by Colin Campbell.

  • Thanks for the inspiration. Your eyes were bright at the end of the 60 days. You looked great but you have a different vibe...too. Live foods are calling me.

I'm on my way...thanks again for posting this. ~~☼~~

  • great video very inspirational

  • tap here. wait for 0.0. step on!

  • Raw food diet is the best thing you can do to your body! Im a vegan and im gonna try the raw food diet pretty soon! :)

  • our species owes it's evolution(becoming the species Homo sapiens) very substantially to the control and use of fire and cooking

  • Comment removed

  • Is there any chance that you could post a "sample" recipe that you would have on a regular day? Breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks ???

  • those are great feet...thanks.

  • Good job, How tall are you?

  • @JAMANB 6ft

  • nice job!! how are you doing these days? I am 7 days in to a complete raw food diet and I love how I feel already. I especially liked to see the series of scale flucuations. That makes me feel better about what is happening to me. take care

  • Thank you for sharing this, I had tears in my eyes watching your body respond to all the good you were doing for it....! Keep up the good work- you've really inspired me to get back on track...

  • @ReneHader Thank you. : )

  • awesome pictures. thanks for sharing. Kepp it up!

  • I cheered a little when it dropped below 180.

  • Awesome video - great dedication!! shows the power of a trend!!

  • Actually you look like you're in great shape! What I'm confused about, is with the reduction in protein of a raw diet, don't you lose a lot of muscle?

  • @scott231us I felt like this in high school! I'm way stronger now than I was before. I had a great article I was going to attach for you (on protein) but I can't find it. Check out a movie called "Forks over Knifes" it has a pretty good part on protein.

  • @scott231us leafy greens are high in protein, so are nuts

  • Hi, is it true you gain even more weight after the fast ends? Can you tell me what happened in your case and if you still recommend a 60 day fast?

  • @scott231us It wasn't a fast. I have changed my eating (hopefully forever). I do not eat all raw as I did for this video but I still eat about 80% raw and I never let myself get over 180. If it starts to happen then I go back to 100% raw until I'm were I want to be again. It's difficult but worth it, this morning I weighed in at 178lbs. So I'm still on track. My goal eventually is 170 but I know its gonna take lots of discipline. Thanks for watching

  • @burundifiume i was 200lbs and i dropped to 165 with practically no fat on my body and plenty of muscle. diet is key, but slow. did i mention i did this in 90 days? i did more or less this diet but i took dairy aswell. so milk, veggies, nuts, and fruit. i also played on 2 soccer teams and just for that 90 days i also played on a street hockey team. a few months after i stopped sports, (no gym or excersis ever) i went back up to 180. sports are free/ fun excersis. i'm 5'8

  • I like watching your furniture and blankets and windows jump around haha

  • @SadSusi 3 sets of 25 (pushups); 3 sets of 10 curls (dumbbells); 3 sets of 25 crunches, 6 or 7 days a week but it only takes me about 15 or 20 mins ( could be shorter) . Also, I was already doing this workout before the diet. the weight loss was diet alone ( i think)

    Thanks for watching.

  • @mydollstuff sorry for the long, perhaps unnecessary comment, but here's a list: tofu soy milk most beans (black, pinto, lentils, etc.) soy beans split peas peanut butter almonds peanuts cashews pecans sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds flax seeds broccoli brown rice and many more.
  • @mydollstuff i'm not a "raw fooder", but i'm a vegetarian and i could give you a list for vegetarians and anything that comes from an animal (eggs, milk, yogurt, meat of course, yogurt) and anything that any animal makes is not consumed by a vegan.

ps: protein isn't a problem at all for vegans, the problem is vitamin b12 (and MAYBE some others i don't know about). you have to eat dairy products at the least to get b12. or you could eat meat. the only other way is to take supplements.

  • You didn't need to lose any weight, you were perfect already!

  • @rgbmode thanks : )

    thanks for watching

  • This is an example of how NOT to give up when you're on any diet. His weight flucuated everyday. Some days he went up a few pounds, and some days he was down a few pounds, but his weight loss was consistent and it paid off. Good job!!

  • @quietstormaps thanks

  • @quietstormaps I agree. I notice that on raw foods you can gain up to 5 pounds in a day, but it goes right back down again. You just can't give up I guess, and this video reassures me of that.

  • is this recommended for teens ?

  • @SilentKiller8512 I"ve read MANY books on nutrition. However I'm not even sure a nutritionist would have a genuine answer for that. Nutrition is a very young science, (kind of like getting surgery in the 1600s; they have a good idea but there is still too much left to learn to give a good answer.) I do know for sure that anyone of any age would be better off without processed food altogether. If you tried your best to never eat sugar or salt again you would still probably have enough of both.

  • @SilentKiller8512 I hope that helps. thanks for watching.

  • you look like theliferegenerator without hair

  • 2 avacados have more usable protein then a 9oz steak would. two avacados along with a handful of raw almonds is a powerhouse.

  • Hi Do you now need less hours of sleep?

  • are you still raw?

  • Feeling healthy is so sexy..

  • @mydollstuff tofu isn't a raw food.. it's a processed food from soy beans that requires cooking.. and lots of it.. therefore.. not raw. ^__^

  • you look great

  • @mydollstuff read the China Study

  • hey can you tell us something about the difference in the way you feel, other than weight loss? (sorry if it was asked before, I'm too lazy to read all comments...)

Also, were you following some book, manual, a written diet? Or just- everything raw goes?

And by the way, you look fantastic! That's why I'm curious about the way you feel, you look so radiant in the after shot...

  • @GalG117 I feel great! When on a regular diet I always felt bloated. The problem is that we get use to feeling bad, so feeling good was very strange to me because I never thought that I didn't already feel good. It's hard to articulate except maybe it's similar to when a doctor checks you for allergies, Sometimes it's foreign to find out that you can feel better than you already did. I made my own diet (mostly fruits and veggies.) I am always fighting for more will power. I hope this helps.

  • @mydollstuff go to the store...lol oh cauliflower is also another good source of protein. Read up about all the disease fighting power of all the super vegetables I have named.. google each vegetable and their health benefits.. wow..wikapedia each one as well.

  • @mydollstuff The stuff is not actually bad in a shake.. here is a recipe for you. Fresh frozen strawberries Fresh frozen blueberries one frozen banana 1 cup frozen raw Kyle 1cup fronzen raw broccoli 1 cup frozen raw spinach 1 frozen raw brussel sprout Add 8-20 ounces of Black currant juice, or Pomegranate juice, or pineapple juice blend till liquified into a frosty smoothie a delicious protein blast. You can add ice if you want, it is also not necessary to add all ingredients at once
  • @mydollstuff Kyle, Broccoli, Spinach, Brussel sprouts, cabbage.. etc

  • your feet change alot :)

  • @Aislan4414 That makes two of us! Quinoa can be mixed with almost anything (bell peppers, onion, celery, carrots). What I did was visited the Whole Food Market and mimic the label of their cooked ready made quino. I prepared my first successful dish (all raw of course) two days ago and absolutely LOVE it. So much more tasty than eating it cooked!!! Living raw foods is the way to go! :-) The raw energy awaits you, but don't take my word for it. Try it folks!

  • Starting my raw food diet tomorrow, well done!!

Inspiring and you look great! I hadn't thought about documenting my weight each day, but now i think i might

  • You look great--your eyes are brighter and you look like you have a lot of energy--thanks for posting--your video is inspiring!

  • @mydollstuff Sorry, they only allow for short answers. A recent Harvard study said that vegetarians had twice the amount of recommended protein, unless they were junk food veggies (candy diets). There is lots of good reading out there but its hard to find the ones that aren't political. Try "In defense of food". ( I don't eat meat but I wouldn't advocate it, it is a decision that I have made after many many hours of reading. Thanks for watching.

  • @mydollstuff The problem with the protein myths are that they are all old science. You can google or (startpage for a better search engine) Protein is so abundant that the FDA doesn't even require labeling for it. The recent myth is that our bodies need the proteins to be complete before consuming them (also not true). Soy is the only complete protein on its own that isn't meat. (not all fish or meat has to be cooked) B3 is your only real concern.

  • Amazing job. Are you still just eating raw food? I want to try it, but I love meat...

  • @md991free There are certain types of meats and fish that can be safely consumed without cooking. I would tell you to give it a shot and see how much better you feel. but I understand (it was very hard for me too)

  • @burundifiume Thanks for the information. Perhaps I might give it a try for a month period.

  • @burundifiume Perhaps I will try for two months and see the result. Thanks for the information and for posting your progress of 60 days.

  • did u do regular exercises as well during the raw food diet. You didn't look too bad b4 either... but well done man.. looking def alot better

  • holy hot damn, sexy

  • way to go

  • i loved your video! watchin your body change was really neat and genuinely inspiring. good job :)

  • If you ever find yourselves at the end of the road in Alaska, I'd love to invite you for a raw food salad. :)

  • Very impressive. I currently 211 and wanting to lose down to around 170. Thanks for the inspirational vid.

  • You have great feet! Why did you get rid of your couch? lol

  • @ellasgammy thanks : ) I was leaving Tahoe (selling most of my stuff).

  • @ellasgammy Forget the couch. I am thinking he needs to get rid of those brown pjs. I think he wore them almost every day! Haha

  • I did the warrior diet a while back and had good weight loss but my progress lifting slowed down a bit. Was there any drop off in strength with raw foods?

  • Comment removed

  • @rico925 No, actually I feel great. I think a lot of the weight loss can be attributed to the fact that when you don't consume all the salt and sugar you arn't so quick to pick up something to eat. I only eat now when I am actually hungry. I think something can really be said about the old saying "if your not hungry enough to eat an apple then your not really hungry" Thanks for watching

  • Very Good document! Great job. It´s easy to see not only the weight lost but also that you feel better and look more energetic after the 60 days.

    Very inspiring.

  • @agustn thanks

  • Good job!!

  • That is a pretty awesome transformation. Are you still eating all raw and if so what are your stats since the video was made?

  • @towhook I have lost about 1 more pound but thats it. primarily because I have been moving (camping, driving etc.) however when ever I make exceptions to raw I only do it with a vegan diet. I did have wine and cheese for my 30th Bday though. I plan on digging in again as soon as we are settled. I went from 195 to 175 and I would like to bring it down to at least 170 but I would prefer 165. thanks for watching
