I hate employment agencies for all the lies they tell you and act like they will send you out and they know if you are in a walker or a wheelchair you will never send you out. They look you in the face and lie and tell you about non-existant call center and clerical jobs. I have a graduate 5 year degree in Accounting and Business Administration and 17 1/2 years of job history and it means nothing nowdays all because I am in a walker for a car wreck not my falt. I hate job places. They don't care

Employment agencies have NO WORK. I have a graduate degree and no record and after 130 interviews NO ONE will hire me because of me using a walker due to a car wreck. I have gone to unemployment support groups and learned there many many of these jobs are NON EXISTANT JOBS. The agencies know that they will NEVER EVER send you out from the first instant you walk in and still make you fill out the paperwork and the computer stuff. No agencies ever call back and won't place you if disabled!!!!!!!!!

You have a much better standing chance of gaining employment through internal networking or directly through the employer for sustainable long-term work than fuck arsing around with employment agencies... why? because they will sift through dozens up dozens of applications (often good ones) so they can pick the 'perfect' employer to fill the position and pick up their tab afterwards. Waste of fucken time!!

as a corporate director who worked with body brokers of every type, the employment agencies that get steady business are those that can sell ''CABLE BUNNIES'' and know how to gift, grift, graft,,,,cash makes NO EMEMIES EVERYTIME,,,get my drift? can you spell kick back to your benefactors with bux or sex or whatever it takes.

strawberryfields1982 ... Employment agencies are very useful. My income has increased steadily throughout my career. My salary is in the top 2%. I have never been unemployed. All my jobs were the result of an executive recruiter contacting me. Recruiters are incredible. They seek out candidates for jobs that are nearly impossible to fill. They organize and facilitate communication between employers and candidates. They negotiate for the best possible salary. They groom and evaluate candidates.
