  • Dave im posting a whole bunch of comments on ur vids so that u can know that im sorry, I didnt realize how much time it took you to make these videos. I am seriously sorry. please, dont listen to the poeple harassing you about the new videos. im sorry

  • What jet is this?

  • will you send me blueprints for the paper plane? anyway you can checkout mine at MrRcfevers channel

  • can anybody explain to me why the kf1 works ? if its creating a vortex under the wing, shouldnt that pull the plane down and not up?

  • the step is for the ducted fan compresses the air for more thrust.

  • oh very nice its a L-39

  • Keith: Don't try this at home.

Dave: YEAH Try this at home!

  • I wish i had a dollar for every plane you guys 'spank'. (:

"I'll buy you another Happy Meal" Ha!!!! that is great. Just let me know when you guys are at MY park so I can keep my kids inside.

  • I got lucky my dad found it in a thrift store for $5 nib.

  • I have one of these I gutted as much as possible to save weight. got rid of the foam triangle inside the intake and hand hold, installed hs 55s in the tail for rud and ele control. flys ok on 2 cell 600mah but not long and only fair power. So I stuffed a 3 cell into it and the motor seized on the downwind leg/ short flight. Now I need to find a motor to upgrade it to.Very nice flyer though and stable. Don't think the wing tanks need to be romoved though.

  • @whiskeyhotelpapa this is an L-39 it is supposed to have that slit in the intake and the "gas tanks" are part of the plane

  • How do you throw it? Mines keeps crashing DX. So, i cut off the gas tanks. Any help???

  • this is a nice flyer, you just have to gut it and replace everything with stuff that really works another $75.00

  • should i get it because i want it

  • i had the same plane in spain for 30 euros and it was terrible. i ended up puting all electrics on a fox and its much better.

  • il buy you another happy meal and youll get another one lolololol

  • Hey there have you ever tried Rocket assisted takeoff in any of your rc planes please reply and if you can would you do one?

  • squeak!

  • I think Keiths "Dopey" plane looks alright, it just needs a bit of triming maybe, but it looks good for like a bit of a mess around, I remember seeing it on Ebay, it's proberly really cheap though!

  • 1:34 get the crayola crayons of the wingtips lmao

  • if he trimmed the elevator up a little it would fly good

  • it doesnt have elevators

  • i meant moving the little foam tabs up a little would help i know it dosent have elevator servo so the company made a little tab that you can move up and down to trim it

  • what is the web site and plane name

  • Take your bombshells and ............ LOL

  • hey wat kf air foil is good for balsa glider

  • prolly #1 i think

  • this plane doesn't suck, it just needs a little tweeking

  • i have that estes plane and it sucks bad

  • rcpilot51 I think you are right Thanks Keith

  • Keith, Nice name btw (mine too). I have a theory on the lip on the back of the duct. I think it does one of two things. One - i think it may vector the thrust up about 3-6 degrees keeping the nose up to compensate for the "Fuel missile things"...or Two - it enhances the whistle of the "engine," for more realism...couldn't tell by the video though...in real life those things are screamers!

  • this plane WILL be back with updates

  • i have always seen that plane while strolling through walmart. i have always been curious to see how well it was. im so glad you bought it and posted it on this vid so that i didn't have to make the same mistake of buying it. 5 stars as usual

  • hi i had 1 of those and with the right wind you can take it up to 200ft by flying in big area

  • OK ok I should NOT have bought, but I did BIG deal

  • f-4 phant i think it was

  • of course theres exceptions like that other vid about the little ducted jet, the premade unit, that thing flew great

  • Why did he buy that plane Dave, it's terrible - lol.

  • hey dave im looking at one of ur planes is the F-117 a good one to build and fly?

  • Really looking forward to the next episode!

  • hey Dave,do you fly gas helicopters ?

  • you guys are awesome

  • 1:35

  • 1:07 ; Epic fail.

  • SQUEAK!!!

  • try and add an elevator to that

  • squeak... lol

  • i want to see u pimp out an airhogs plane/helicopter

  • THANKS Dave, a better friend one could not have !!!!! HA

  • now you know why it's so hard to fly with DAVE! he takes everything out of your hands !

  • What? I take your own plane out of your hands, make you cut the tips off and try and hit you with it???? What da problem is?

  • @thomdoe YOU ARE WRONG, HE JUST WANTED TO SEE IF HE COULD UPGRADE IT. THATS ALL.

  • shoes it's calif. no shoes required

  • Kieth why have u got no footwear on lol! @ 1:53

  • i hope keith can get a brushless motor.

  • lmao @ 1:41 , "ill buy you another happy meal and get you another one... "

  • lol please keep posting. these videos are hilarious (and informative!)

  • squeak!! haha

  • man that premade ducted fan plane was a dud heh

  • Hopefully, when Keith has no time, he can put a brushless motor in it and supe it up.

  • dunno, that little thing aint worth it..when planes get to be that small a scale they dont fly great unless adjusted as you guys always experiment with eh

  • Are you going to do a F-35 with vertical takeoff? that would be awesome.

And why is the dude not wearing any shoes?

  • Yeah man, F-35 is in the designing stage, should be a few months.

  • Funny video. :)

So, is that KF airfoil then similar to the effect of having vortex generators on a full scale aircraft? Have you done any testing with leading edge slats or slots? I modified the elevons on a stock F-27 Stryker once to have 1/4 inch slots and a leading edge slat and noticed a HUGE difference in performance. It flew as if it had thrust vectoring. Also, what about adding a leading edge flap that's linked to pitch inputs?

  • Yeah know, I did try some leading edge slats at one time and it didn't do much for my plane, but I think I want to give them another try...Do you have any pics or vids of your leading edge set up?

  • LOL @ 2:06

  • Ha, its so true.

  • Why do you need the internet to do editing?

  • Ha, I knew someone was going to ask me that. Because there is zillion little things needed to edit the videos including info, pictures, and diagrams form the internet.

  • Oh, Thanks for responding! I really enjoy your videos!

  • Time Warner sucks!

  • I KNOW HUH!

  • Is KF short for "Kentucky Fried"?

  • LMAO @ Kentucky Fried

  • It's finger lickin' good lol

  • lol ssrc30!

Seriously though, I cant wait to see the footage!!

  • Yes it is. And its also known as the Kline Fogleman" wing, those are the guys that invented and popularized it with paper airplanes back in the 60s

  • I despise you Time Warner/Road Runner oh well cool vid can't wait till next week :)

  • updates comming

  • thanks

  • Yay 23rd comment LOL

  • cutting adjustable ailerons in it seems to do a good job of counteracting tourque from the fan.

  • Yes, thats a good idea. We had rudder trim but its just not as good as aileron trim.

  • i never liked those estes planes. they annoy me. good video though.

  • haha nice vid. Veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrry nice.

  • I love that line! I stole it from Keith, now he never says it cause I say it too much.

  • haha, hey dave, just felt like telling you that your evil ploy to get everyone to buy your plans buy giving one for free is working. I'm almost done with the extra 300, and now I'm definatly going to get myself the eurofighter, maybe some others too. Thanks, great work man!

  • Oh,oh very nice!

  • I hate those "yay 1st comment" and "yay 1st view" shit.

  • ya first commet!

  • yey 19th comment!!!!

  • watching you and your people is as adidcting as rc flying. now im a little spoiled and hope for two videos on you tube next week.

  • Dave last word "One more flight"

    just joking with u Dave
