How to spend the whole day fussing over 4 potatoes, 4 eggs, and some cheese, using a dozen different utensils.

OR, you could pop the potatoes into the microwave for 25 minutes, hard boil the eggs in a little pan on the stove for 10 minutes, and melt the cheese over them for one more minute in the microwave. Spending 1/10 the time and effort, using 1/10 as many dishes and kitchen accessories, and getting precisely the same food into your stomach.

actually twice baked potatoes dont use eggs at all, the two recipes are incredibly simmalar but not the same. this is a true form of souffle and not twice baked potaetoes
