@WarpSpeedProductions you would be the best fanfiction author ever becuase what u said reminded me of 1 but awesomer i forget what it was called, but it was after KFP2: they get all this intel that some one is leaving on a giant ship and is getting a crew, so the 5+po go TAI LUNG is the captain he kidnaps Tigress they end up falling in love and have boom boom. It also reminds me of Dynasty of the Fated and the Cursed aka my fav KFP fanfic and then the suquel: WRITE FANFICTION
if you notice when shifu (the awesomest character EVER!) adopts tigress he smiles for like a split second at the end anfter he says lets go home. (<3 it!!!)
The 2nd movie was good except when you find all the pandas alive at the end...that was random and fucking stupid and compltely ruins the entire theme of the movie
Alright KFP2 is a great family movie. Po finds inner peace to that thingy with the water and uses it on the cannon ball. His hand did catch on fire but my point is that it's just for entertainment. A few small mistakes here and there but let's appreciate their hard work.
Also...these are Kung Fu warriors we are talking about. They have been trained to ignore pain. Thus, when they are doing something "impossible" they are doing it despite the pain. (Like when Po's paw caught on fire or when Crane injured his wing.) We also have to remember that time goes faster in the movie. Crane's wing recovered AFTER Po came back. Which was probably a few days. Po also have a pot in front of him when he was hit, which protected him.
Then in the next movie she could be brainwashed by the new bad guy. Then Po and the now Furious Four would have to fight Tigress and make her realise who she was. When she realises this, she fights the brainwahs/spell effect and defeats the turmoil inside herself and then defeats the real villain behind it all. Had the second movie ended with her initial capture, this could be pure gold.
I've always wondered, in the Kung Fu Panda 2 movie, why make a dramatic deal about po's past, family, parents....when Tigress has the same ordeal? i mean she was dumped in an orphanage and trained hard all her life with not much love recieved, yet Po is raised by a warm-hearted, noodle loving goose? .... idk i just feel that Tigress should have her moment too :P
@Gabzgirl I totally agree with you watching this and kung fu panda it shows alot about tigress how hard dhe worked and she got so little respect or should i say love from her adoptive father.

@Gabzgirl The problem with that is that it distracts froom the main plot of the film ... although they could have inserted little references in the film, (i.e. Viper dancing, Tigeress playing with dominos, or Monkey using bananas as weapons) but there is still the TV series that may expand on these plots
@Valen123456 True. Good point, but reguardless this is part of each of the characters life - which means it happend and is apart of them. Perhaps somehow or some way, if involved in the main film or series, they could very well expand these ideas and make something interesting story plot out of it! :)

@SakuraChrno Punching an Ironwood tree (I guess they do exist. There was a Coast Guard ship named the Ironwood) would just leave your hand a bloody mess. Tell you what, you go punch a tree for 20 years, then I'll shoot you with a naval gun from point-blank and we'll see if you survive.

? I don't really get your almost-flaming comment. First, I didn't connected the ironwood punching thing to the cannon balls. Just to Tigress's age. Second. If you do punch something hard for 20 years, you surely get used to it. Like, physical worker's hands are crusted, and cannot feel the touch of materials that way my hands can. Third. Po got hit by that ball (I'm not sure it's a cannon ball thought, rather a firework in ball form xD) So why do you want Tigress that bad to die?
And also. I didn't say it's scientificly correct. I said it's a fairy-tale, for children, so the good guys are immortal. Even I wondered during the movie, that "How come all the buildings fall apart because of the balls, yet noone gets hurt? WHAT, Po has just stopped a freaking fireball with his hands?!" Even if one of them got hurt, they healed fastly. Like Crane, he even said his wings got hurt, then, after 7 minutes, everything is fine. Good guys are immortal.

I'm thinking Tai Lung went nuts shortly after he adopted Tigress. (Which also explains why Tai Lung knew who she was. He just recognized her all grown up now.)

I agree that Tigress had it rough, but actually, Shifu came to her AFTER Tai Lung was sent to prison. Shifu probably didn't expect Tigress to come to the palace with him, so he allowed the bond. But when she came to the palace ,Shifu started to push her away because he feared that if he let Tigress become attached, she follow in Tai Lungs footsteps. That is why he is so distant from his students. Hopefully the two will talk a bit more and mend the bond in KFP2.

@Gabzgirl Wow, its a Clint Eastwood film about a cop that doesn't always follow the rules. This movie made the .44 Magnum famous. And the sequel was good too, but the three dirty harry films after the sequel sucked. I think the remaining 4 panda movies will do the same thing and get less and less awesome.

With such unique characters, they have much potential. Although i do admit 6 movies in total is just...wow alot! Weird thing, that I thought the same, but about Po. I mean, he was directly hit with those canon-balls, like, a lot of times, and still, nothing happened. Once he even get it from close, yeah, he was holding a bowl or what, but I don't think it could have protect him... And not to mention the final part of the movie... @SakuraChrno Actually Po took one direct hit, while covering himself with a wok (which wouldn't have saved him). Then he used his inner peace to deflect the cannonballs at the end. Tigress just got shot. By a big gun. Point blank. Agree with warpspeedproductions, Tigress should have died.

Actually, just to be sure, I rewatched that scene (BTW, you mean the ship scene, don't you?) and paused it, and ironically, it was Po who got hit there, too. Even though Tigress pushed him away. But all the warriors were there, too. Okay, this movie had several mistakes in it. Please don't make 6 of it... Just a final super-epic one
I know, I just pointed out a little mistake, that in the next scene, Po was at his previous place again :) I'm actually the happyest, that noone of the good guys die. because I love them all. And pointing mistakes out is just my bad habbit, I was really waiting for the movie to come out and enjoyed it very much :)

With such unique characters, they have much potential. Although i do admit 6 movies in total is just...wow alot! Plus a series lol i'm thinking "wow these guys better have stay on good grounds here" lol but we'll just have to see .... i just want more Tigress (with PO maybe) lol if thats possible

@Gabzgirl Tigress still should have dissappeared after being shot. It would have been a much better plot development, even for a children's movie. Kids these days need to learn that life isn't so sweet as it is percieved in fantasy.

Weird thing, that I thought the same, but about Po. I mean, he was directly hit with those canon-balls, like, a lot of times, and still, nothing happened. Once he even get it from close, yeah, he was holding a bowl or what, but I don't think it could have protect him... And not to mention the final part of the movie... But, well, it's just a fairy-tale... The main characters are immortal xD
And wait...6 movies? O.o Where did they say it? I love these, but, well, 6 can go really wrong...

@SakuraChrno Yea, I agree with you there. 6 movies can go really wrong in so many different ways. As for catching the cannonballs, at least there was a scene where he burned his hand.

@SakuraChrno Actually Po took one direct hit, while covering himself with a wok (which wouldn't have saved him). Then he used his inner peace to deflect the cannonballs at the end. Tigress just got shot. By a big gun. Point blank. Agree with warpspeedproductions, Tigress should have died.

@mrenkafy I never said that I thought she should have died (If I did I didn't mean it that way). I said she WOULD have died. Realistically. I think she should have disappeared.

Actually, just to be sure, I rewatched that scene (BTW, you mean the ship scene, don't you?) and paused it, and ironically, it was Po who got hit there, too. Even though Tigress pushed him away. But all the warriors were there, too. Okay, this movie had several mistakes in it. Please don't make 6 of it... Just a final super-epic one

I know, I just pointed out a little mistake, that in the next scene, Po was at his previous place again :) I'm actually the happyest, that noone of the good guys die. because I love them all. And pointing mistakes out is just my bad habbit, I was really waiting for the movie to come out and enjoyed it very much :)
