@kirby401 As well as overprotective parents saying this stuff is teaching kids to gamble. Well it is, but we know that eventually we go broke and if we do that we won't have enough money to buy any Full Restores. So, therefore, it actually teaches kids how to know when to stop.

I hate having to get Coins form the Slots unless I feel like playing. Instead, in my Emerald game, I spend around 10,000 Poke to get 500 coins when I have extra money. I save up and eventually get my Dolls and dream TMs.

@BakuMamX Actually, it was the European version of Pokemon Platinum that originally removed the Game Corner Slots. They were still in the American release. After that hugely negative reaction resulted in changing the game's coding, HeartGold and SoulSilver were released with the Minesweeper-esc minigame, and gambling was completely taken out of Black and White.
