You have to be willing to be creative with solutions, diligent in your follow-up and work nights. You don't work a 40 hour week and you need to understand that you are building equity in yourself. In my 3rd year, I doubled my income, my 4th through 6th year, I made 4 times my 1st year income. Are you smart and driven? You will be challenged an find rewards greater than earnings! ADP was my second sales job out of college and I have been promoted three times into different business units. It is a good company to work for with great pay for people who excel. You can be a mediocre salesperson and make a living, or, you can work hard and take direction and make a mint. I made more money in my twenties than I ever thought I would. It takes a lot of hard work and commitment.
I worked for ADP in Mt. Laurel NJ from 1994 to 1999. Great company to work for and benifits are excellent. ADP is a very well run company. ADP stock plan enabled me to buy my home!
