Looks wonderful and would be somuch cheaper than store bought. One Q, in the recipe it calls for 2 t. of lemon juice but you used a T. Does the measurement actually matter that much? I do like a tart Mayo.

It really depends on your taste. The acid from the vinegar more than makes up for any variance in the amount of lemon juice.
