Cam nice ride, man. I have that same belt sound on my L28 (w/triples and stroked), but it does that when the car's cold or the belt gets wet. I think I have a pinhole coolant leak somewhere. No worries, though. Mark over at Dad's garage is doing my 383 swap for me in the next week or two. Hope to see you around town-- look for the bright orange 240Z, I've kept it pretty much stock appearance on the outside except for the wheels (blue and gold cali plates).
Hey, guys, thanks for the compliments. The 240Z in the video is actually mine and is my daily driver. I actually have been working on intercooling it all day. Maybe we should make some more videos of the car! Anyways, if you see me around San Diego, say hi. I usually love to stop and talk cars :)
The swap is... well basic swap is a 3 (easy) on 1 to 10 since it's the same block. The electronics we chose to run (Megasquirt) to get tunable performance is where it bumped it up to a 6.
Dream car!

The screeching is just a loose belt.

@DocHawk44 Especially since you build your own fuel management control system, then tune it.
Fantastic looking car you have there btw. Fender flares belong on S30s, ALL OF THEM!

@DocHawk44 So megasquirt's hard to tune?
