i think that's because David didn't quite manage to sing the high parts perfectly ;)

Sure... but they did put it somehow on the CD-audio where there is ONLY sound and you can hear everything. Think, man. It was left out because there wasn't enough room on the DVD disc. But it'll downloadable in the future.
