I just got done reading Steve Job's biography. It does not explain why Al Gore is on the apple board, but it does portray Mr. Gore as an important character in the recent history of Apple's rise to success. It would be nice to know how Al Gore became such an important figure head of the company and how such a person of his caliber would take such a position. Rest In Peace Steve Jobs. Your spirit of simplistic perfection perpetually resonates through my generation and hopefully many to follow.
@sexntuna Al Gore was one of the senators who laid the legal fundations that made the world wide web possible... he has always had a passion and great vision for providing and improving technologic solutions for the masses.
If I could afford him, I'd have him on my board any day!
