I'm with Fred on that one. I don't like the direction they're going in either. Their albums have gotten progressively worse since Tell All Your Friends. Where You Want to Be was pretty good, Louder now was tolerable and there is no excuse good for their new album. Adam used to play with conviction (see any show with John Nolan in band, and first half with Fred). Fazi can't shake a stick at Fred of John. i miss the dueling lyrics of Adam and either john or Fred.

john left cause he couldn't write the music he wanted to. which is why TELLALLYOURFRIENDS is softer than all the other tbs records. It had nothing to do with the Brand New thing. if you search youtube, you can actually see Jesse performing this song with them

but i do think that when john was in the band that there songs were more, or felt, meaningful than Louder Now is. i'm not a huge fan of it, but it doesn't kill me as much as john's voice in this video does. GAWD.

honestly, tbs is ok without john and fred. john just screams and is anoying as hell, and fred's voice is just anoying as hell. they are the same yet different. i hope the new singer they get is better than both. and i think adam makes the band, without his voice there is NO TAKING BACK SUNDAY in my opinion.

wow! calm down everyone...gosh...yes i love this song, its my fav of all their songs, i think its great cause of Johns scratchyness in his voice especially when he goes down low and says "sympothy"...the best part...but they are still an awesome band...John abd the band had there issues and had to part...and are doing what they can...and makin music...so be more positive...they are both great artists!

In my opinion, John Nolan carried this band to greatness.

As soon as he left, Taking Back Sunday went downhill.

Most of their new songs are generic and meaningless.

I don't even know about Adam. He's not doing any good at all. At least as of recently.

Fred IS a good musician, but he's nothing compared to John Nolan. Fred changed the band.

This brings me to think that Adam doesn't do much and just relies on his back up vocalist.

there way better with fred and matt rubano. matt rubano is propably the sickest bass player around today and fred is way better than whoever used to be in the band because all the first guy did was scream and fred actually has talent and potential. besides they used to sound like shit because all they did was scream live and it pisses me off really bad. but my favorite album has to be tell all your friends then its tied between where you want to be and louder now.
