Hi there! I haven't seen anyone use the everyday minerals flat top kabuki brush for liquid foundation, but it seems to work really well for you!

I was wondering how often you wash your flat top brush (ie: once a week, every second day, etc.). Just curious because I got to thinking how liquid foundations might build up quicker than powder foundations would and also that the flat top is much more dense than regular stippling brushes, which are normally used with liquid foundations.

I'm a lazy person. haha... So I wash it about once a week. But I'm planning to get the MAC brush cleanser, so I don't have to alwasy dampen and wash my brushes.

how long have you been using the kaolin powder? just wondering because you said it was almost out :)

I would say about about 7 or 8 months, but I switch around between powders. So if you use it everyday, it will probably last you around 6 months.

I still love my bb creams. haha.. I just like to switch products every once in a while.  BB creams come really handy when I'm in a hurry. But like I mentioned, I follow this routine when I want a fuller coverage.

It does provide a medium-full coverage, but it doesn't feel heavy at all.

So have you stopped using EDM foundation completely? And only the STF Kaolin over your BB Cream only?

I didn't stop using EDM foundation. It's just I don't like using powder only as foundation. So usually I will use a liquid foundation, and put EDM foundation as a setting powder.

if you have oily skin

is your face going to get oilier if you put a

moisturizer and sunblock

because i have oily skin and I'm scared to use both

Sometimes applying both moisturizer and sunblock lotion can make your skin more oily. You'll have to experiment a little with your skin to see how you can achieve the effect you want. Eucerin lotion is very mild and doesn't give me the unwanted shine. And the Neutrogena sunblock helps to give me a really matte finish. So they actually work for me. Hope that helps.

aww is your cat potty trained? did you have to pay when you adopt? i know that some places you do have to..iam thinking of adopting a pet thats why..thanks!!!

Yes she's potty trained already. I work at the humane society, so the director waived the fees for me. You do have to pay to adopt, but it's so cheap compared to buying one, and usually that fee includes shots and spay/neutering surgery fee as well. =)
