It says that if they pull you over for a traffic violation, and you turn out during that stop to be illegal they arrest you for it. Where as in the rest of the country the federal government doesn't want police to arrest people for being illegal, cause they won't uphold our laws. AZ is just empowering their officers to do what is right.

Social Security & Medicare won't go bankrupt because the government can always raise taxes to keep it solvent, and they will. I can't even get state assistance after losing my job because I have to make under 800 dollars a month while Illegal families are getting help for there 7 kids and I can barely pay my bills. After losin just about everything that I had. Social Security & Medicare won't go bankrupt because the government can always raise taxes to keep it solvent, and they will. There is no private company that is going to offer the insurance that Medicare provides to the elderly and no charity that has the resources to take the place of Social Security. If you eliminated SS and Medicare about half of the retired senior citizens would be living on park benches within a couple months. What a lovely world you want to live in, the law jungle!

Almost every red state takes in more money from the federal government than they send, almost every blue state pays more to the federal government than they take, look it up. As for welfare, it amounts to about 1% of the federal budget. If we eliminated all welfare and cut taxes accordingly it wouldn't save you enough to buy a value meal at McDonalds once a year, again look it up.

I know there are towns out there with huge illegal populations. Yet no one ever does anything about it. American citizens should be able to round up illegals, and kick them out ourselves! The state and federal governments don't seem to be doing anything at all about it.

President Clinton signed NAFTA which allowed Mexican truck to enter the USA. He did not sign any law allowing illegal drugs to be shipped to the USA.

True, but do you understand my point? There are different types of laws, criminal acts is specifically the violation of the criminal penal code.
Illegal entry to the US is under the administrative code...therefore breaking an administrative law is not a crime. I hope you understand this but more importantly accept it and be on your way.

I agree in some cases this is true, but your logic falls apart. You confuse breaking all categories of law with that of criminal ones (rob, steal, rape etc.). Look up the definition of crime, then we'll continue this discussion.

now that my city has run off the illegals, the crime rate has dropped way down. We use to hear mariachi music and gun fire just about every night, but not no more.
But now that tne other cities that allowed them to move in, has now started to change their minds. They are now looking at taking up the same laws our city has. They just though they could tame them Mexicans.

Enter the employees presented SS number as required by law to SS/IRS/etc. it is always accepted, try ordering something on line hit a wrong digit accidently/ it will spit it back at you . Wrong, when my city started they new laws. Surrounding cities open there doors to the illegals. Hell they posted signs "Illegals Welcome". some moved down the road, some just across the street. but they do know to go way around mine, for if stopped they are going to jail, they are on their way back to Mexico.

They the proof anyone needs. my company does a credit check on all new hires. it will show how long and who all has been useing that number.

Add "...which there is injury to the public or a member of the public & a term in jail or prison, and/or fine" to the above definition & you'll have the legal meaning of crime.

I love this sheriff. He actually ENFORCES the law.. And he doesn't make prison a fun place to be...And he make prisoners earn their keep. Arizona, California, and Texas all have a serious border issue. I think there is already a war going on--just not recognized
