  • oh my gosh yummers

  • @Bluemula Hi Bluemula. Yes, this is mouth water'n yummers. If you haven't started pressure canning, it's something well worth learning. Canning meat is something I've just learned to do and oh my it is too good for words. There are lots of videos out there on the subject, but I'd be happy to pass on to you anything I know on the subject.

    Thanks for the comment.

  • Looks fantastic.

  • @EZGlutenFree Looks are important for sure, but this tasted surprisingly good.

  • That looks like a really good, fast meal.

  • @shadowofjuniperhill I spent morer time fussing with the camera to make the video than actual cook time. Canned goods are great!

  • Between you and Butcher you make it hard to watch these videos before I go to bed. I am now real hungry.

  • @Buckrun11 Yeah, but he didn't make gravy with his meal. He's been fuss'n at me for a long time not to throw away those drip'n then he goes and makes a meal without it.

  • @therealvirginiawind HaHa.:) I'll have ta show how to make gravy with pan drippins and a teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in alittle water sometime. That canned beef do look good. It dont get no better than when a man has a full belly do it?

  • @butcherbls A full belly, a touch of libation, and your feet close to the fire... Man, that's about as close to heaven as fella has a right to expect.

  • Looks good. I will have to try. You even yank out some Merlot, Eating in style.

  • @mojopin12 To be perfectly honest, I yank out the Merlot for just about anything but breakfast cereal. ;)

  • @therealvirginiawind ha haa, nice! At least we know your heart should be healthy.

  • MMM, gravy. Looks good!

  • @butcherbls You know I made this particular video just so I could prove to you that I do know how to make a mean gravy.

  • I love the meal and you look sooooo much like my brother, wow. Take care and have a good week.

  • @2Bibleppl Oh my! Pitty your poor brother. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

  • That looks real good and gluten free to boot. ZLet me know how you have used that Jules GF Flour and if you like it or not. BTW, I admire you for going gluten free with your food (except the pumpernickel) LOL. My husband is not so fond of it.

  • @lauriegirl2 You can make a decent gravy would just about any GF flour, so this wasn't a real test of the Jules flour. As for me going GF, it's just safer not to have flour in the house. I buy a loaf of regular bread for myself, and now and then some saltines, but I know where those are at and I keep them very separate from anything else. Beyond that, I can't say going GF with my cooking has really impacted much.

  • Hey! that looked good enough to eat, lol, you made me hungry, thanks for sharing the video,God bless you my friend, have a good one!

  • @johnboh51 Looks didn't hold a candle to what it tasted like. I'm tell'n ya, canning roast beef is definitely a keeper.

  • Man I will tell you this you shore can cook some good looking food!

  • @Thesmalltowngardener Everybody needs to know how to cook at least a little bit. For me, the simpler the better.

  • mmmm mmmmm good!!

  • @1952Jeep Baltimore is a bit of a hike from here otherwise I'd invite you over for some.
