I read the book, and I think this game did serve justice

Admittedly, having read the plot synopsis from the book, I was kinda expecting something a little scarier. But, eh, game adaptations rarely go well, hm?

@ArticulateT Well, the game is supposed to have more of a 'puzzle' element than a 'scare' element, if you know what I mean. Personally, I found the game to be quite good. =)

Narracott is only briefly mentioned in the book when Rogers gets suspicious of Fred not coming with the boat, saying that if he's ever sick he'd send his brother.

Interesting. In this game, the General's name is changed to Mackenzie. In the 1945 movie (which by the way is pretty good and is on YouTube in the public domain) it's changed to Mangrave. I'm guessing nobody uses the real name, Macarthur, to avoid confusion with the real-life General Macarthur

@iiHatezDomii this book is about 10 murderers who are draw to an island and are killed one by one. It's easy to buy at any bookstore since Agatha Christie novel are the most popular mystery novel out there. Her novels out match even Sherlock Holmes!

ive beaten all three games. this one is the most difficult..and boring honestly but the cool thing is that it allows you to watch the original ending at the end. the music is creepy...lol.

It's Indian boys in the book. They changed it for the game. It was originally ten little n*****s in the book... but they had to re-publish it.

@drmario777atGmail Here in Sweden, it's still called "Tio små negerpojkar" ("Ten Little N***** Boys"). Personally, I always call it "And Then There Were None". It's amazing that you can still call a book by that title when they can't call a chokladboll (look it up on the English wikipedia) by it's old name, "negerboll" (literally "negro ball"). Some pastry sellers cleverly label them as "Call It What You Like"

But no, I don't think he was in the book. You play as a whole new character created just for the game, i.e. Patrick Narracott.

@nsyncfan1998 Her name is Vera not Veda :p it's shown in the book and game how her name is spelled it's even shown on the box it came in lol they went thru alot and fell in love so maybe it wasn't really fast that they got married. Couples can get thru hard times and compromise it's not like every single couple will break up or divorce.
