It's mostly just accents and words for stuff, but there are some major differences in government and media, etc. The musical differences are pretty obvious, but Americans are very much raised on censored television. We have dirty minds yet we're offended by sex scenes in television which makes no sense. There are some popular styles that the English consider fashionable, but Americans would generally cringe at and I'm sure vice versa as well.
