  • Ah-may-zaaah! Congrats, Larry. ^^

  • Amazing progress Larry.

  • Lol, this brings a tear to my eye

  • Well done mate, I really need to lose weight, I'm quite flabby :L Any tips?

  • @SomeOddworld Yeah, try drinking lots of water whenever you feel hungry between meals.

You'd be surprised how much that helps.

  • You lost 15 stone?! Holy shit! I don't even weigh that!

  • Bugger me. You've done a brilliant job, Larry. Very well done!

I reckon I'll always be in this small frame, mostly because of my addiction to frequent masturbation.

  • @ultran33b Well it helped me :D

  • asd

  • Amazing, great woork :) just one thing id like to ask, have you kept it off?

    thanks

  • Epic man! Keep it up!

  • Excellent work, kemosabe! I noticed you started your diet on July 4th, 2009, around the same time you interviewed CWC. Did he inspire you to lose weight, in a way, or was it all planned out?

  • @ThelronFjord Partially, I think it made me put my own life into perspective.

But it was also because it wasa choice of going to this diet place or going to the dentist. I stand by my choice :D

  • did you experience any loose skin or sagging?

  • @phatbassist Yup, definitely loose skin. On the plus side none of it shows as it's in areas that are always covered.

But I've been told it'll shrink.

  • now that IS impressive well done larry :)

  • Keep it up Mr Bundy!

When can we expect the next update?

  • @Sharkchill Probably next year now! :D

  • @LarryBundyJr Keep it up dude =)

Will you be allowing yourself Christmas off again this year?

  • Keep it up bud good vid

  • so, what exactly is your diet?

  • @JD12345J Nevermind I just read the description.

  • this is the only video ive ever seen of you when your not cracking jokes all the time lol you can tell its a matter close to your heart and wanna help others out

    Congratulations dude!!

  • @TheWiddaC Thanks, I never noticed that before, but yeah it was sort of serious really.

But i've got a way to go stil.

  • Larry i know im very late on the subject but WOAH congrarulations, how intesively did you need to excersise? Hopefully i can attempt to lose a few stones. Also great reveiws.

  • @CharizardLv5 Well the best thing about this diet is there's no exercise needed whatsoever. I mean of course any form of exercise does speed up the weight loss, but it isn't required.

But cheers for the kind comments abotu the reviews too :D

  • You look really handsome and your face is more expressive now! Congratulations!

  • @Mareep1 Aw, thanks for the kind comments :D, still got a bit to go sadly, but i'm almost there¬

  • Keep it up bud!!

  • congratulations mate

  • Where's that Q & A?

  • way to go, i'm down just over 100 pounds and got an bother 100 to go!

  • @CrowsHaunt Ooh, congrats!!! have you been at it long?

  • You are my inspiration dude.

I am currently 28st, I am on a similar diet called Exante.

This video really inspired me to continue, because if you did it, so can others and this is the living proof of mind over matter.

    Thank you!

  • @UncleSaat Ah, thanks ever so for the kind comments, really means a lot to me. The first week or two are the toughest, but it gets a hell of a lot easier afterwards, you're just not bothered about food after a while. it's an odd feeling.

But I've never heard of Exante though, what does that consist of?

  • @LarryBundyJr You are most welcome. Only us that are heavy and are on this type of diet know far too well how hard it is to get rid of our old habits, so its an achievement in itself and you should be proud!

This diet I am doing its basically a VLCD diet like Lipotrim, Cambridge and Lighterlife. The differences are only in the flavor offerings and how the program is done.

With Exante you buy straight from the manufacturer and costs £100 a month delivered. I am sending you more info through PM

  • I like the fact your smile gets bigger in every photo

  • Well done man! SERIOUSLY well done! You should be proud of yourself, BUT keep going.

  • well mr. Bundy you continue to mistify me :)

  • How is that possible?

  • This is def a serous achievment in weight loss, people write books on loosing half the amount you have lost and I'm sure you've noticed the health benefits too like walking anywhere without sweating. I've lost 3 1/2 stone in 12 months and have found that loosing the last 1 1/2 stone to get to my target weight of around 11 1/2 or 12 has taken 6 months, if that makes sense. Anyway gratz matey!

  • Keep on rockin Larry.

  • Amazing. well done. Love the retro corner on T.V. and was delighted to find it on youtube :)

  • Irony.. the British don't use the English measures?

  • Wow, that's actually amazing. Seriously, I think that's a great accomplishment and I'm not sure many people would have your perseverance.

  • @GreatZarquon42 Thanks dude! Well I wouldn't say it was easy.

  • I know this is probably very late to say, but congratulations on your weight loss. I'm struggling to loss weight myself, not really for looks ( my looks probably won't change anyway) but for my health and happiness. Feeling sluggish and tired all the time really sucks I tell you. I hope this is more of a lifestyle and not a diet because I don't want you to lose all of that effort and hard work. I also hope that FEELING good is more a priority than looks. Keep going and good health to you!

  • Cheers mate, You've done a brilliant job of it, and I'm relieved you did it, I was beginning to fear for your health. You're one of my favorite game reviewers and really a jolly good laugh. Now I have to do the same as you, though I wasn't nearly as large as you were in your worst, still you're an inspiration to me and I hope I can also slim down. It's bloody hard and it'll take alot of time. but if you can do it I can. You make me laugh and perhaps also, you've inspired me to improve my health.

  • @AduneStormwind Thanks dude, Yeah, so was I, I was starting to get shooting pains in my right arm, which is an imminent sign of a heart attack. So I doubt I'd have lived for another 2-3 years carrying on.

But that's really kind of you to say so Sir!

The only real tip to weight loss is to consume less calories than you burn, and you burn 1400 a day if you did nothing but stay in bed!

  • @LarryBundyJr Well done Larry I am very VEry VERY proud of you. Please keep it off. I would like to know how you did it. I'm 27 stone, My Doctor tells me I will be dead by the time i'm 35, 25 now. So I need to do something. Any advice you have I would be greatful. Once again well done.

  • oh look hes messing around with his weight without mentioning if hes improving his actual fitness level.... which you can do without losing all that much weight and everyone's congratulating him. im glad we live in a shallow society where actual health doesn't really matter. when you regain the weight and then some as you return to your weight set point within 5 years i'll still be here watching your vids because i don't care how you look.

  • You legend, no offence but you were a real mess man, but you fixed your image and its a good thing too bad most people dont have the effort to do what you did 95 kg thats 30 kilos more than weigh. Keep going you are an inspiration.

  • Picture 1: ooo look at you fatty

    Picture 2: High Five!

    picture 3: WTF

srsly you look SO diffrent since you lost weight man

  • @AOESQUAD Thanks bud, I feel so different too! :D

  • Congratz on the achievement!

It's amazing how much people change when loosing weight!

So what have been most difficult to resist?

    Snacks or fast food?

  • I'd do you.

  • Wow! You look great! I haven't seen you in ages and I'm stunned! You've lost more than my entire body mass. That's a 100G achievement if I ever saw one! Congratulations, you look superb my friend!

  • @philbateman1989 Thanks bud, I should be totally finished by the end of this year (hopefully sooner!)

  • @LarryBundyJr No worries, it must be great to be back in the land of the slim and trim :P So what diet are you on? It seems like it works a charm! May I ask how much you weigh now? You look really healthy! Oh and also, do you have any more film that yanks cant wank planned? I remember watching Apachees in primary school, scary shit! haha

  • @philbateman1989 Well I've been off it for a few weeks (going back on Tuesday) but it's a protien milkshake diet called Lipotrim, two of them a day and that's it, no food at all.

  • @LarryBundyJr No food at all??? Wow! I couldn't handle that! lol good for you for sticking with it, you've clearly gotten some great results! Having been on diets myself (I made my own one, went from 15 stone to 11 1/2 in a year) I know the temptation is huge, but trust me, allow yourself a steak or something awesome like that once in a while, it makes the whole thing easier, plus, after dieting for a while, a steak is orgasmic haha personally I like to get a BigMac once a month as a reward :P

  • @philbateman1989 IT does sound hard, but after a week, you seriously don't care about food. I mean you're still hungry occasionally, but food itself doesn't bother you, it's not an importance to you like it once was.

  • A milkshake diet? *raises eyebrow* Well, I don't tend to believe in that stuff but I suppose you're living proof.

  • @GeneStarwind09 It's more willpower than anything with a diet really.

  • Impressive...Been thinking loseing weight myself. Any Advice?

  • @1UpProduct Thanks dude, main thing that helped me was drinking water whenever I felt hungry to fill me up.

  • what was the diet? that impressive i could do with loseing some weight myself

  • @malc1976 It's a milkshake diet called "lipotrim"

  • wow

  • Great video. I look forward to seeing more from you.

  • great job larry, you are a hero that keeps a man's word on losing weight, now...

    onslo is history

  • congrats on your huge accomplishment that's awesome

  • jesus fella thats impressive. keep up the good work!!

  • @freefacialstogo Thanks bud, Still got a long way to go though!

  • that is amazzzzing hun wow you look fantastic hun xxxx well dun

  • That's great! I need to lose a bit of weight, but have horrible motivation. You're an inspiration though and if you can do that then surely I can get off my butt and do something about myself. Cheers!

  • @ChaosTheorySD Thanks bud, it's only the first week really that you need the will power, it gets a lot easier afterwards.

  • Aweome. Good job!

  • @Divertions1 Thanks bud!

  • Hi Larry, One question bud: Do you find people act differently towards you now your slim?

  • Also, sweet game collection in the background. You must have like 300 games :D

  • @borolad1993 Thanks dude, they're technically not mine sadly.

  • @LarryBundyJr ahh well, still cool though, apart from the ps3 games :/ but thats your opinion :P

  • Hey man nice going with this! I would love to lose a bit of my belly, but aint got the motivation. How did you finally tell yourself that you were gonna lose some weight? Im quite a big guy myself but lack willpower. Just need sone advice really. Thanks :)

  • @borolad1993 I started getting shooting pains in my arms, which is the first signs of an upcoming heart attack, soa combination of that and I was sleeping 18 hours a day, I had to do something!

You just know when the time is right.

  • Mate been a fan since x leauge and think you are looking fantastic (im not coming on to you i promise), You have given me motivation to get fit and lose my beer belly, however i am typing this as i lie in bed eating crisps so maybe im not that motivated.

Anyway mate you have done a bloody fantastic job.

  • @crazyhorsebob Thanks bud, Well I've put some on since I made this as I had some time off over the new year, but I'll be finishing off the diet this year! But if you ever need any advice Etc. just give us a shout!

  • That's awesome! Really inspiring to gamers out there! Great job man.

  • @spudgunuk Thanks bud :D

  • Nice job, bro!

  • @ClassicRocker679 Thanks bud :D

  • ....Please tell me that 'Bulseye' T-Shirt still fits!.....

  • @NESdude987 Oh yeah, it's just a bit baggy now :D

  • Wow respect!

  • Well done Larry. I wish I had your will power

  • OMG I HAVE YOUR HOT DOG T-SHIRT! OFFICERS CLUB FTW!

  • How did you do this Larry? I'm 220 Lbs ( 15.71 stone ), and I'd like to get down to 136 Lbs, or 9.71 stone.

    It's an amazing transformation!

  • ou look like a new person, serious respect!

  • Good on you, man. That can't have been easy.

  • @BoredOfThisSite Thanks bud, it gets easier the longer you're on it. but it's the smell of bread of all things that always gets me. No idea why bread.

  • Congrats!

I'm about as heavy as you were when you started and currently trying to find a plan I can stick to. Your success is really inspiring to me, I must say!

  • @CosmoFishhawk55 Thanks! Maybe you should try what I'm on. Nothing else worked for me.

  • @LarryBundyJr Yeah, it looks interesting. Maybe I will!

  • congratulations! hope you enjoy married life!!

  • Good luck with everything and congrats on the wedding. BRING BACK WEZ AND LARRY!!!

  • @LadyShirla What wedding?

  • Good luck with everything and congrats on the wedding. BRING BACK WEZ AND LARRY!!!

  • wow i didnt even recognize you

  • @hoptop77 Thanks! I've still got some way to go though, plus I've been off for christmas. so I've put some back on.

  • @LarryBundyJr was there any side effects with the lipotrim?

  • The weight loss is working well for you buddy, it's funny cos I've been trying to put weight on for years!! Doesn't matter how much I eat, I can't seem to gain any weight at all, it sucks being too skinny, your face tends to get very angular and boney, it's better to have some weight on you than nothing, otherwise you just look freaky lol

  • @GSAVIOUR18 Have you ever considered a career in anything computers, or using a computer. You're guaranteed to put it on then :D

  • @LarryBundyJr lol I work with computers, I'm a 3D artist for games :D it seems to have had an opposite effect for me though, too much work leaves not much time to eat I guess, the start of my computer work seems to have been the time when I started losing so much weight :(

  • I heard Ashens lost weight too.

Also that he was the actor that portrayed Jabba The Hutt.

  • 15 stones, wow. i didn't even know weight loss was possible XD

  • Wow! Amazing job! I hope you be able to loose enough weight that i feel better about myself! You look amazing!

  • @allthelostones Thanks for the kind words :D I still need to lose a bit more, that and I stopped over Christmas. but I'm starting again next Monday and will stay on it till the end.

  • @LarryBundyJr Awesome! I am know i am working toward my weight loss goal of 40 pounds by my wedding day in july...

  • @TheFreeMMOReviewer It's a milkshake diet.

  • Yeah seriously, you look a lot better, I can't believe you lost 210 pounds in less than a year!

  • Nice one, you look great!

  • @FishInTheSandFilms Thanks bud, really appreciate the kind words!

  • Wooooooooah, you look FAB! You're doing lipotrim? I've just started to try and lose 6 stone by 2011 summer ;D keep it up, you are doing SO well, wow!! x

  • @contractkisses Ah thanks for the kind words! As long as you don't cheat, you'll have gotten to that goal long before the summer!!!

One tip is if you do feel hungry, try drinking glasses of water until you stop, that helped me out big time.

  • You look fantastic dude! Great job sticking with the diet!

  • @Kuchinawa42 Thanks bud! Well I've gained a bit since I came off for Christmas, but I'll go till the end at the beginnign of the new year!

  • @LarryBundyJr You're welcome. But really! You look really healthy! And now you know you can always get results by sticking to a diet!

  • Congrats larry! Also is that a turtles arcade machine I see in the background. Jealousy rising...

  • @Gerror Indeed it is, I got it for £200 off eBay getting on for 10 years ago now! It's starting to fail now, the sound needs some looking into. But I've also got a Simpsons board for it!

  • @LarryBundyJr Reminds me of the time I was on a trip to hull with my university group and as I happened to look out of the window a second hand shop had a original Simpsons arcade cabinet on display. I wanted to stop the bus but I couldnt think of a way I would get it back to my house.

  • Good luck man. I was like you as well. Now I'm trying to get a six pack or at least flatten my stomach.

  • @cguevara12 Thanks dude, best of luck with the six pack! :D

  • Wow, well done, you look so much better. And 15st?? That's a helluva lot, well done!

  • Wow you look a thousand times better. You definitely deserve the whole of december off. :)

  • @ElliottCarter01 Thanks dude, I did miss food, I must admit. But I'm going full steam next month.

  • @LarryBundyJr I feel great for you :) I used to watch you on that sky channel called pulse every morning. They just replayed the same stuff every week though haha. Keep up the good work and don't stop making videos :)

  • @ElliottCarter01 Ah, thanks bud, that's really kind of you to say so!

Well you'll be glad to know they're repeating the same stuff of mine on Information TV now as well ^_^ Still not getitng paid for it mind :>(

  • Are You Freaking Serious? You Lost That Mutch Weight In a year? Holy Crap.

  • for some reason i like fat garry better

  • @nukeboy14 Lol, well If I was Fat Garry still, I probably wouldn't be around for much longer :(

  • @LarryBundyJr i guess you are right, or else we might never see that one guy who appears in ashens videos sometimes

  • You started on July 4th? Happy Independence Day to you!

  • @hthvjd You do know I'm British right? :D

  • @LarryBundyJr Of course, but now the date holds special meaining for you as it does your fans from across the pond, the day you celebrated your independance from your weight, let's get drunk on this day together!

  • 95kg!!! Well done man! That's amazing. Thank you for sharing this and keep up the good work.

  • You look like a different person now, I didn't recognize you when you did your first "thin" video (gaming collection destruction).

  • @therealhardrock Ah thanks dude! I've put a bit back on as I'm off for Christmas, but I'll be on it till the end when I start again in January.

  • I'm seriously impressed at the difference, especially at how quick it is relatively, I'm looking at going on something similar for the new year, I do kinda need to lose afew stone, how do you get started on this Lipotrim Diet?

  • @krakendwaggin Thanks dude, that's really kind of you to say so! Well it's a pharmacy diet, you need to go every week. but if you go to Lipotrim's website, there's a list of chemists in your area that do the diet.

  • @LarryBundyJr Thanks, I'll look into it!, keep making your awesome videos! ^_^

  • WOW, great job!

  • @mistermann10 Thanks dude, I've still got a way to go though!

  • Well done :)

I think you sharing this is very inspirational :)

  • looking mighty fine larry! keep up the good work

  • I bet it feels better to take one of me off your shoulders, now all i have to do is take one of me off my shoulders and then take my ghost off and dance around in my bones!

  • Great jkob mate! I know that whole story myself since with fifteen my wheight was about a 120 kg and i've lost 50 ilos in about 2 years. I think anyone could lose weight(if it's not resulting from a disease) if they just had the patience and the neccesairy discipline.

  • I'm sure people have asked this before so ignore this if it sounds familiar, or you're going to answer all my concerns if your upcoming weight-loss vid;

Can you put into layman's terms what the "Lipotrim" diet is? What do I have to do? Is it painful? I want a svelte and awesome figure too!
