Well yeah, but in the tournament called The Embassy ( now known as Lakeside now), organised by the BDO (British darts organisation).

This tournament still exists, but Taylor, Barneveld, Anderson, Wade & the rest play for the PDC ( Pro Darts Corp.)

Those 2 organisations are not on speaking terms, but they both organise world championships.

This was the first 9 darter in the history of PDC WC's

do u mean 65 out of 3 darts average? If so, then I have to tell u that 65 average is nothing compared to the averages that Taylor and Barney have. Taylor averages about 107 and his target for the 2009 is 114 average so I don't have any idea as to why a 65 averaging player is great coz I at home average around 60 !
