That's not Danny's turtle. (by meaning Danny I mean Daniel Benedettelli who is the author of Creating Cool Mindstorms NXT Robots) Maybe you tried to make a replica... Danny's turtle actually moves pretty fast.

Hard to say. We were talking about turtles presumably walking on land (because the robot, obviously is walking on land), but I find it hard to believe that sea turtles can move at 25mph on land.

On the other hand, if it were moving in the ocean you meant, it seems reasonable that sea turtles can move at 25mph, but I can't see were that statement would fit into the discussion.
