Hi Po Please Answer This Question My Mom Make Yema But She Doesn't Know How To Make It Crunchy Is There Any way How To How To Make It Crunchy Also How Long Does It Takes To Cool It Down I Also Subscribe To Your Channel.
@EditorXxX this yema doesn't turn out crunchy, I'm not sure how other people make it crunchy, maybe they add something else doon sa mixture while they're cooking it, but we don't. It doesn't take long to cool down actually, basta ingat ka nalang sa paghandle lalo pag kakagaling lang sa kalan kasi nakakapaso yan, leave it for 20 to 30 minutes then it will be cool enough to shape na. thanks for subscribing :D
Thank you for sharing, and thank you for the ENGLISH instructions. I am half Phillipino, and sometimes it takes me a while to try to translate to understand. Have a great day!
@gigglebox220 you're always welcome, I added the English instructions because I have non-Filipino likers on my Facebook page, and they don't understand much of what I say in the videos because I use Taglish (Tagalog-English) most of the time. Have a great day too! :D
Thanks for sharing! God, I've been looking everywhere for a recipe like this one - "yolkless!" Plus this one's shaped into pyramids rather than balls :D
How were they? Crunchy? Also, do you think it would be possible to substitute pecans for peanuts w/o ruining the taste?
@DelzieC these are actually makunat or gooey, you may substitute any type of nut you want, you may even put cheese instead of nuts or langka. hope you like this yema! :D
