wanted to correct her pronounciation: she kept saying "opcipical" which is the rounded part of the back of the head. It is spelled: Occipital (Ok-si-pi-tal). not trying to offend, just make sure if your the CEO and L'Oreal Professional representative--- you should know how to pronounce the basic cos-vocabulary....
